Da Davinci Disappearance will include both single-player and multiplayer content for Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood. After the fall of the Borgias in Rome, Leonardo Da Vinci is kidnapped by the Hermeticists, an underground cult dedicated to transforming mankind. Ezio will embark on a relentless quest to recover stolen paintings in order to find Leo before it is too late, discovering two new locations and two new gameplay features along the way. |

SPLINTERCELL TRILOGY HD : Ubisoft have announced that the long running rumour about a HD remake of the Splinter Cell trilogy is infact on its way. Set for release in the first half off 2011 the disk will feature a HD remake of the original three games, Splinter Cell, Pandora's Tomorrow and Chaos Theory. It will also feature 3D if your lucky enough to own a 3D TV. |

FALLOUT NEW VEGAS : On Tuesday, February 22nd, will see the release of Fallout New Vegas DLC Dead Money, the first DLC pack, for PlayStation 3 and PC via Steam and Direct 2 Drive. In addition to Dead Money, Bethesda will be releasing three additional add-on packs in the coming months. These packs will launch simultaneously on Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC. |

KILLZONE 3 : This is out first look at a possible attachment for the Move called the Sharpshooter which should be coming out in time for Killzone's release next month. KILLZONE 3 : Killzone 3 is almost opon us and i know you are all looking to get a taste and help the cause. Details of the BETA which will launch this month have been released. On October the 14th a Killzone Theme will appear in the PS Store and the first 10,000 people to download it will gain entry. Emails will be sent out to the winners within two seeks with info on how to get into the action. |

ICO HD COLLECTION : It’s the news fans have been waiting for but it has now been confirmed that the ICO Shadow of the colossus collection will be getting a HD release. No release date yet but we think around May 2011 will see its release.
Prices are expected to be around the same as the God of War collection released last year at around €39.99. Often cited as one of the best games on the PS2 despite its poor sales figures it gained lots of critical applause. |

PRO EVOLUTION 2011 : Great news today for pro evo fans the new game is almost here set for release on the 8th of October. The game has been totally rebuilt and the demo is out today for PSN+ subscribers and next week for everyone else. Also included is a video presentatio showing all the new changes to the game.
Included on the demo are four teams you can play with in either a match Vs the console or an offline multiplayer game against a friend. |

SOCOM 4 : Bad news for fans of Socom with news that Socom 4 has been put back until 2011. This will be a huge blow to Sony who need a good shooter for their move launch in September.
From the Zipper Blog “We can confirm that SOCOM 4 will be released in 2011. The team is focusing on additional features which will help to deliver the most compelling and immersive SOCOM experience yet. Please look out for further updates and announcements over the coming months. While we’re certainly aware that you’ve been looking forward to playing SOCOM 4 this year, we don’t want to take any shortcuts. Instead, we want to deliver the best and most immersive SOCOM game we possibly can and we’re going to use our extra time to do just that". |

HALO REACH : The most anticipated xbox game of the year surely is Halo reach. Almost 3 million fans got a tast of the multiplayer aspect in the beta testing that took place over the last few weeks. So the 14th of September is the date set for the full release. Halo has inspired books comics action figures and talks of even a movie and has sold over 34 million games worldwide. So the interest is massive. Reach is a prequel and will aim to show you where it all started. Phil Spencer corporate vice president said. "Halo: Reach’ will push the boundaries for what’s possible in video games and help make 2010 the biggest year in Xbox history.” |

BUNGIE : Announced today that Bungie the guys behind the Halo series and exclusive developers for microsoft have teamed up with Activision and will now start producing games in multiplatform formats. The deal does not seem to include the Halo series and Halo Reach may be the final outing. Lots of movement recently with the clear out of Infinity Ward from Activision. Have Bungie been brought in to replace them. |

ALAN WAKE : Turn down the lights but keep your flashlight and batteries handy, as Xbox 360 unveils “Bright Falls,” a six-part live action series that serves as a thrilling prequel to the mystery unfolding in “Alan Wake.” Each episode will bring you to the edge of your seat and spur your curiosity with the same eerie and suspenseful cliffhangers as in the game. The first two episodes of “Bright Falls” will be available for viewing in Ireland exclusively on Xbox LIVE on April 30 before debuting at BrightFalls.com on May 4. INFINITY WARD CLEAROUT : The fallout continues as Infinity Ward looses even more staff. Today programmer Jon Shiring announced via his Twitter page that he has left IW. He didnt expand on why or where he is going to next. This follows the loss of Senior animator Bruce Ferriz who left for Big Red Entertainment based in Santa Monica and Lead designer Mackey McCandish, Todd Alderman and Francesco Gigliotti. All this of course follows last months sacking of IW co-founders Vince Zampella and Jason West. What is left for IW nobody knows. But im sure the Activision effect cant be ruled out. |
