The games boast a number of fine features. The graphics are always impressive the character animation and rendered work is excellent the locations are always well presented. The voice work is very good you may recognise Mark Hammil fresh from playing the Joker in Arkham Asylum doing his usual great job.

To the actual gameplay then along with the combat is an excellent upgrade system as you kill enemies you collect souls and along your travels you can unearth artefacts. These can be used to buy weapon and power upgrades. Unlocking new combat moves adds to your battle capabilities. You start wiped of your powers but as you upgrade the game steps up a notch. As you try to battle your way towards the dark destroyer you will have to forge uneasy alliances with outcast evil demons that have also felt the wrath of the dark destroyer. 

Overall a very solid game, good story and presented well, yes there are other games out with very similar aspects but that shouldn’t put you off. It’s going to be a bumper year for gaming and this is a good start.
