Possible Leaked Info On MW3 Hardened Edition

Images were released yesterday of the pre-order box art for the upcoming Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Hardened Edition. Each year COD is released in three different versions; standard, hardened and prestige edition.

So far we know the standard edition will be sold with an ‘Intel Pack’ full of “top secret” items, as long as you pre-order the game. The details of the Hardened edition have now been released and we can only assume that we should have an official announcement by the end of the week.

Contents include:

• Steelcase
• Unique disk artwork
• 1 year membership to the upcoming ‘Call of Duty Elite’ service
• An art book in the form of a Special Ops journal
• For 360 owners, a Special Ops avatar costume
• For PS3 owners, an exclusive theme

Keep an eye on the displays in your local games retail stores to see who will be carrying the Hardened Edition. I can only presume that you’ll see pre-order details in-stores by the end of next week
