PSN Back This Week

PSN will be turned back on this week, each region will be slightly different but by the end of the week everything should be back up and running.

As you know it suffered a serious security breach when hackers bypassed it’s security and may have gained access to people’s personal details. It is still unsure if the hackers just had a look or if they took any of the details. Sony acted quickly to shut the services down while they investigated the attack.

The last week has been a though one for gamers being forced to play single player games but good news came this morning in the form of a official Sony announcement that everything will be turned back on this week.

On top of that users will be given a welcome back bonus as a thank you. This is yet to be finalized but will include some free PS content for you to enjoy. Users will also get 30 days of PS+ and all the content that involves.
